Optometry Confederation of India (the “Company”) (“OCI”) is a professional regulatory body with the responsibility of establishing & maintaining high standards of optometry education & recognition of optometry qualifications in India. The Company does not allow any unauthorized persons or organizations to use any Information that the Company may collect from the Customers while providing the Services. The Company uses reasonable technological, physical and other measures to keep the Customer’s Information protected from unauthorized access. Due to the nature of the Internet and related technology, the Company cannot guarantee the security of the Information and, as such, the Company expressly disclaims any such obligation.

The Company will use such Information only as described in this Privacy Policy and/or in the way we specify at the time of collection. The Company will not subsequently change the way Customer’s Information is used without the Customer’s consent, as required by applicable law.
